In addition to Nancy and Lon, we have full time employees with tons of Travel Consulting experience, as well as some “outside sales” personnel working from home. All have a wide ranging mastery of vendor products and complex itinerary planning, and some are certified to have also mastered specific areas such as Disney products, Ocean and River Cruising (Master Cruise Counselor MCC), Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Fiji, Europe, China, Travel Insurance coverage, and more. We are forever taking webinars and poring through Trade Magazines to keep a few steps ahead of the competition and our own customers.
